Complete Roofing & Contracting was founded by Rick Severson in 2005. For over 15 years, Rick and his crews provided roofing services to the Skagit, Island and Whatcom counties. One of their primary focuses was to offer excellent service and quality work, so that every customer would feel comfortable with the body of work that had been completed.

In January 2021, Complete Roofing & Contract became part of the S&S Roofing family. Shane and Sheri Dunlap started S&S Roofing, which serves primarily Snohomish County, in 2010. They identified with Rick’s commitment to his customers and community, and will be continuing his tradition of providing quality work and strong customer service to Skagit, Island and Whatcom counties under the Complete Roofing & Contracting name.

To assist Shane and Sheri, Reece Kolbrick joined as General Manager in December 2020. He has worked extensively with Rick, learning as much as he can about the amazing community Rick serves, as well as the crews who complete the work for each customer.
